General Information

The official language for the conference is English.

The commercial exhibition will be held at the Movenpick Hotel, Karachi from Friday 7th December to Sunday 9th December, 2018. Interested pharmaceuticals/ companies should contact the Organizing Secretariat for further details.

Delegates requiring an official letter of invitation are requested to write to the Organizing Secretariat. The letter is only to facilitate their participation in the conference and should not be considered as an official invitation covering any kind of expenses.

The month of December in Karachi experiences essentially constant cloud cover with a little percentage of nice sunshine (Avg temperature 20C – 25C). Delegates are advised to bring moderate clothing. Those intending to visit the Northern Areas of Pakistan may require warmer outfits.

Dress for the inauguration, scientific sessions and banquet will be informal.

Transport facility from Karachi Airport to the hotel can be arranged if prior information of flight schedule is communicated. Shuttle bus service will be available to and from major hotels to the venue of the conference in the morning and evening.

A valid passport and visa is required for entry into Pakistan for most countries. For further details, kindly contact your travel agent or the nearest Pakistan Embassy/ High Commission.
